i received your order yesterday. The stuff is great, but i am not so pleased with the packaging. Somehow it was wet inside and the bag had a little hole at the bottom. So about a third of the product dissolved in the water or whatever it is. It also mixed with the blue carton. I uploaded a photo here: http://ml-dev.net/img.jpg
I dont have an exact scale, so i can only guess, that about 25-30% of the product is missing. Can you please respond and tell me your opinion about this matter? I will finalize the order after hearing from you.

Hmm, if i was to guess, I'd guess that he placed orders from more than one vendor, and possibly assumed that the order he was questioning was from you.

Have you tried the simple expedient process of sending him a PM pointing out that is not your product, and could he have you confused with some other vendor for any reason?

With hundreds of vendors on here, a user might not think of going to his accounts page and clicking on the actual transaction to obtain the name of the vendor for each order.

It could be more a case of accidental stupidity rather than malicious intent.

Hanlons razor: Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.

I think it is REALLY hard to message me and that this is a mistake, if you messaged me before, ok, then you could have pressed wrong, now he must have found my profile, clicked message and then wrote the message without any contact below.

Does not smell right.

a whois of the domain name turns up an owners name which matches the initials ML... phone number is listed too... not very smart, should def. remove the url from this post i believe. or call him and tell him to stop hosting pictures of this nature on a domain that is so easily tracked back to him... :)
